Refund & Return Policy

At Sabah Publication, we strive to provide high-quality Islamic books and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of printed products, we have set the following refund and return policies:
- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@sabahpublication.com with your order number, photo evidence (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Non-Returnable Items
- E-books or downloadable digital products
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
